I’ve had my phone for over a year now but I really want an upgrade, I’m on t-mobile and would just like to know if anyone knows any trick/tips so I can get them to upgrade my phone now rather then in October,

Why would you want to upgrade now!? There are no particularly interesting phones currently available in my opinion:
