hey i just wanna say that this is the shittest shop on the planet and o2 are the worst network to be on! I am on a £25 month package which gives 200 mins anytime but there is no 3 digit number to call to get ur remaining airtime balance! you need to call a 0870 number which is not included in ur free minutes! And phones4u customer services told me that 0870 and 0845 numbers are included in my free airtime. When i got my bill i was charged for all the calls that i made to these numbers they said that no one could have given you this info as it is not correct. So the CUSTOMER IS THE LIAR HUH........? I then went to the 02 website to complain but u cant! because they have a 0906 number for customer services!!!! £1.50 a min. Have they gone mad? I got a 8310 on t-mobile and a 7650 on orange aswell in my family and they (the providers) are just perfect with customer services.
AVOID 02 & PHONES4u. Carphonewarehouse Rule !!! |

I find it funny that Phones4u are selling the 7650 on voda singlepoint as they dont offer gprs which means they wont be able to support pic msging and to e-mail it you have to dial up through wap how pants is that. |

In my opion vodafone are the worst, on average i spend about £300 a month on calls , due to doing alot of business through it, and when ever i try and do something like for instance upgrade my phone, hey give me a shit price and treat me like shit, bit discraceful i feel.

Yeah phones4u are a crock of sh*te! My mate bought a fone from them, and they registered 2 connections in his name without telling him, so he started getting bills for 2 lines

Bloody takes ages. They send you a form to fill in. Then you send it back with £27 odd, 2 weeks later a voucher comes though, Then go to a store and finaly get the phone.
Bloody long time to get your phone back and they don't even offer you a temp replacement.!
