Thanks =)
After I had posted I had noticed that I had left some vital info out, well at the moment I am using a Samsung e720 because I use to really like clam phones but lately I’ve started to go off them because they always seem to be way behind other phones on the market when it comes to specs, normally I go for phones that are a multitude of gadgets in the one handset (camera, mp3, video etc) but don’t want one that will let me down in battery life or quality of sound while talking, hope this helps and if I have left anything else out just say.

for 150? you can get either a K750 or W800. the K750 looks better, IMO. you can always flash it with w800 firmware to get the walkman app and flight mode. its camera is also a tad better than the W800. |

nope haven’t really looked at any phones yet, i just saw a flash add for a SE phone yesterday and it got me thinking that its about time i got myself a new handset, would £150 even be enough for a good quality handset these days?
oh and i can't find the k750i on the T-Mobile site

Are there many big differences between the w550i and the k750i/d750i?
Also, where is the cheapest/best place to get my new phone from because the more i save the better |

A K750i can be had for £139.99 when bought with £10 airtime on O2 from Carphone Warehouse. Thus total is £149.99.
http://www.carphonewarehouse.[....]SPECIALOFFER&tabname=PREPAYTAB
You can always bin the O2 sim once you've used up the £10 credit and then insert a T-Mobile PAYG SIM.
Most CPW PAYG stock, incl. the K750, is unlocked, PAYG stock from The Link, Phones4U, etc. are network-locked.
However, the D750 is available on T-Mobile's site for £159.99 excl. delivery.
