Any tips on how to discharge my battery on my SE V600i quickly so I can bed the battery in ready for my full use. Will the light on it do that? Any suggestions would be grateful.

The battery im my V600i is Lithium Polymer which doesn't have the memory effect But I will still look after the battery properly.
