k750i - help much appreciated |

hi everyone - I've searched through google and the esato forums and not found a solution to this, though I've found a few people posting about related issues. if any of you could help me out I'd really appreciate it.
I've got a k750i and I deleted the camera pictures folder. which was stupid. now whenever I go to the pictures folder I can't look at pics I've taken with the camera. if I plug the phone into my pc then the pics show up on the memory stick no problem.
I've tried reformatting the memory stick and resetting the pic file number with no joy. should I try a master reset or a firmware upgrade or what? do I need to manually create the folder on my pc (I've already tried creating it on the phone itself, doesn't work). if so what does the folder name need to be?
thanks folks. |

the folder "camera pictures" can't be deleted.i have the same phone and when i read about your problem i tried to delete hat folder but it's impossible.hou can you do that?
if you can't se the pictures using that folder, open the lens cover and then push the button "view".after that you will see the all pictures wich you have done.try that!i try at my phone and it works.bye
please announce if that work.k?

a master reset would sort it, but be careful, back all your stuff and phone games/themes/everything you can etc up before, or it'll get deleted.

thanks everyone for the replies - I was reluctant to try a master reset without knowing that it would definitely work. it's sorted the problem out, and I backed everything up to my pc first.
cipri thanks for the view pics tip as well. I don't know how I managed to delete the camera pictures folder but I won't be doing it again...
thanks again.
