It's not for me but my gf, who has been using nameplanet.com. Unfortunately it seems that NP is starting to charge it's clients. What would be a good web-based email provider (and don't say yahoo, msn, hotmail or others like them). She is just looking for a good (maybe small) mail provider, that has the possibility of providing a good mail-name. There must be others than hotmail and yahoo.... right?

www.Mail.com has worked great for me several years now.
You can choose several different mailnames
