Hi!

I am charging up a V3x and it says nowt in the manual about how long.

The charge shows as being complete on the display, after about 3.5 hours, but the man in the shop said 14 hours.

I also read that battery performance improves if you let the battery drain, then full re-charge etc...

But I do find some of the information contradictory.

Anyone got an up-to-date info please?

Thanks BobaFett!

I found this in that thread

" the battery is full charged after 2 or 3 hours, the indicator doesnt moving anymore, u can stop the charging procedure. "

But I am wondering what the current advice is on a first charge...

I will keep reading...

you aint gonna hurt it by leaving it on for 14 hrs to be fair,

but if its a moto V3x its got a li-ion battery, so a longer 1st charge is always best!

according my exeperiences, if u dont do that overnight action and u take it off the charger, that doesnt hust the batt so much aswell. important is to charge the fone in off mode imo.
