I'm new here, so 'Hello everybody!!!'.

I was looking for a bit of assistance if possible. I want to upgrade the Memory Stick Pro Duo on my Sony Ericsson W800i. I have been looking to find out what the maximum size of card my phone will support?
Also, which brand would you recommend? I do not use a card reader, and just use the data cable connected from the USB, to my phone.

Any help would be much appreciated!!!
Thanks in advance...

Check out this thread, currently their are 4 and 8GB cards but the phone theoretically supports upto 32GBs. At the moment you can usually get a decent 2GB Sandisk card for around £50 delivered

look on the sony ericsson home page.

w800 supports up to 2GB card

w810 supports up to 2GB

w700 supports up to 4GB.

so the thoery of "cards not being made at time of print" is absolutie rubbish. w810 and w700 phones where put on SE page at same time...

I would buy a sandisk one as they seem to be better quality. Also dont buy a sony branded memory stick from ebay because it is likley to be a fake (or ask the seller if its real before you buy).

Like he's gonna tell you if its genuine or not

Probly would if they import alot and use ebay as their main place to sell. I remember reading somewhere here that sum1 asked te seller if it was real and he replied saying that it was fake, no messing about.

Obviously you haven't been on Esato very long, maybe you should do a bit of research before you post and

Ask Masseur if you have any questions on MS Duo Capabilities...
