MatrixM.com has like 8000 ringtones. at first i thought it was nokia only but they convert them all to t68i format and put it in your wap locker for download. you can get them again at anytime and share them with friends too.

check it out.

t68i ringtones

try one of their free ones first.

also their wallpapers are tottally FREE! and making them on the site is so much fun, they have this cool applet that crops it and optimizes it for you. called photo2phone i think.

rock on!

Any site that makes you pay for ringtones is pretty lame IMHO.

did i forget to mention it has free wallpapers and you can make your own and downlaod them. try the applet on the site it is pretty neat. crops and optimizes them for you. as for paying for tones. there is a small matter of paying the record companies

elwalad, you are saying that the ringtones you are trying to sell are copyrighted?

you pay for each ringtone, same as a song, pay for the preview and the distro on the phone. max length 30 secs. sites like yourmobile got sued for 30 mil before etc... you also pay for both sync and mech rights. if you don't them bmi or bmg will be giving you a call

there are 300 free tones non copyrighted on www.MatrixM.com

also for ringtones you don't pay the record companies, you pay the agencies that rep the actual song writers. but you do pay.

i agree with jnonhoffzieg, to pay for ringtones is pretty bad, unless it was some ungodly low price (like a dollar a year for membership or something likewise) but it isn't and once again, it's a ring tone, one note at a time from the same sounding device -

you guys have every right to your opionion and it is to be respected. but please try and understand that there are alot of costs involved in making a site of the quality of MatrixM and in paying the artists and the musicans who compose the tones. if it was easy that collection of 8000 tones would already have been on the web and setup in a user friendly way long ago etc..
MatrixM is trying to be the legal Napster of ringtones etc.. not an eays job, Matrixm is offerring free wallpapers and your own rpivate locker plus a nice auto enhancing applet for creation etc.. We'd appreciate your support.
