Does anyone recognise this icon? |

Hi all
This icon appears on my daughter's K300i and I can't identify it or get rid of it. The picture is not very clear, but the icon is like an envelope with what looks like maybe a printer??
If anyone knows what it means, or can suggest how to kill it, I'd be very grateful

have you turned the phone off and on again? not ideal but you could always do a master reset, thats pretty likely to rid you of it.

K500i icon, not in manual.
if so, have a read there for possible clues
