I've read alot on what people think to be the ideal conversion specs , but i cant seem to get the framerate right (to my w800)

176*144 (when in flash , it cuts etc .. if i lower the reso , will it help?)
20 fps
AMR 8000

anyone know of any good converters ? i dont really like imtoo ...

theres Mpegable X4 Live which compresses far better than ImToo / Xilisoft
