Have it. Got it as a pressie. Brilliant piece of kit - was on holiday last week and used it quite a lot. Didn't kill the battery unduly, and had great reception for radio, which I love.
You'd be surprised at the quality of the sound. Nice and bassy. And though I didn't ask, I think it wasn't crazy expensive.

For about EUR 40 I think they are a good value. You dont have cables messing around and you can use them anywhere, no mains ore extra battery power needed. A very neat set up IMHO.

The Sonicball is always a good alternative:

My friend bought one the other day, the sound quality is very good too, but i cannot compare it to the MPS-60 since i havent tried that out.

But can you use both Sonicball and Symfony Classic Music Station without the adapter (meaning: feed it with the (phone)batteries) ?

I just worry about the wire ripping out of one or both of the speakers. I wish there was a portable one that is a single device attached to the phone. |

Just got these speakers today (MPS-60). The sound quality is alot better than the phone for a start. But also they are a bit loader too which is good.
Using with a W900 and 2GB mem stick.

Only a "bit" louder?
How are the speakers compared to W550? Are they as loud as W550's built in speaker or louder?
And how about the sound quality? Is the hissing noise as audible as the one on the built-in speaker of your phone?
Thanks! |

Well ok quite a lot louder, but not mind blowingly. Great for being outside with friends etc. The quality is a lot better, no hissing.

Ok. I think that's good enough. Waiting for it to be available here.
Thanks Coxy. |

I've just got a set of MPS-60s and I'm very impressed with them; they're a lot better than I imagined they would be.
