Web browsing on mobiles is very slow and associated data charges are expensive, with the web pages being very difficult to view. ONSPEED Mobile fundamentally changes the web browsing experience. Its unique technology both compresses web pages by up to 80%, thus providing a 5 times increase in access speeds and, using ONSPEED Mobile’s Mobile Screen Reformatting technology (MSR), optimises the display of the web page for the particular size of mobile screen, thereby making web pages faster to load and very easy to read.

I wonder if the pc version actually works, and if it's worth it on broadband.
As far as I read, it only works for pages and not downloads.

I believe Opera Mini already provides similar speed increases using the same principle.

Hi all,
Just tried 'onspeed' on k750i... It's an almost exact copy of opera
mini! Only it costs some £20/E30 per year? Makes real sense, right!?
Oh, also: Steps that happen instantaneously on opera, e.g. back to homepage/forward/bookmark all have to be slowly loaded (i.e. a few extra kb's loaded that'll have to be paid...etc., etc.). So, looks/menu, etc. copied from opera mini, which is free, and then they added a bit of "slow" and "costly" (I've actually copied an exact opera mini-surf-session: 40 cent on opera mini/ 55cent using onspeed mobile - that's over 30% more expensive...add that up over a year to the annual £30!!!). Stay with opera or use an internet cafe instead!!!
P.S. what are all you guys doing with your k750's? joystick-probs? Never once - and I have been known to play eye-scorching redoutracer sessions,
scroll web-pages for hours, etc...
So, confess to your joystick-abuses!!!!
Anyway, that's me - maggflodd

maggflodd does NOT work for opera!
Just know what's good when I see/use/read/taste/... it.
And by the way re. free=good(-ish)... ANY THOUGHTS ABOUT
getjar.com (nice service, I think), BUT SOME real phone-frying
apps!? I think best not to download before "updated", i.e.
app. is properly tested for your phone type And no, don't work for getjar.com, either

Me again (still not working for opera)

onspeed browser (surprise!?) is actually licensed by opera! (FACT!)
That is, we get opera mini for free and then they get paid by another company, so that that company can lure us with something allegedly NEW... BOOHOOOHOOOO...
So, what to do! Obviously, anyone falling for the onspeed-lure is financing opera to do some other great things, but is also financing onspeed to make further grandiose claims when others did all the work!? Dilemma... Just like "should I buy the new model on release or wait till the price is down...?". If everyone waited for the price to fall, the price would probably only ever fall once, i.e. fall totally as that product would be taken of the market as a failure... So, Hail the "suckers" who want everything new yesterday... They make life for the "reasonables" that much nicer...
(still hate vodafone, fyi)
maggflodd is off
