SE has stupid Service! |

I bet all u guys would know if u have sented a request or for a decent reply, everytime u ask SE somthing on email they reply u with crap, short responds they always say it like its not their fault and take it to this and there its annoying sick of SE service, we pay big bucks on SE and yet they cant pay us shit back with their service.

Well i agree about the email service thing but the "real life" service is great if you ask me, all my repairs so far were done free and fast so...  |

it would be quite funny if they just sent out random emails that had been written years and years ago...if they sent an email to you...might say something like erm....dunno actually lol - well it not really funny but it would show that se support is shit! - never had to deal with them personally, because i payed for a phone like 3 weeks ago...se v600i - always had free ones before so i can't complain! |

no man its with anyone emailing to the service. its gay! i reakon they are auto messages that is randomly select for ur situation! lame!!!! and all they tell u in every email is to take it to the neast service centre. neastest my ass it takes me 1 hours to get there! |

Not just se. Any manufacturer for that matter dont give a damn to customers. Their goal is to sell the product and gain more in turn to spend on adds. Till you purchase the sellers are at your feet. Then you have to be at their mercy. Thats the latest attitude of selling market.

eerrr well not as their boss actually but i guess the one that pays them...
well about the technical stuff i guess the email responses are pre-programmed for general situations... not the specific ones... so they hired these staffs to repond to the call, which these so called staff arent that customer friendly.. they just work their silly butts and get paid.
but somehow SE made this online update service which in return others quam about being sluggish and quite unuseful... knowing the fact that theyre just silly and lazy enough to find out that it was part of their mistakes...
and then again theres this third party softwares that always do the job for those hardworking customers that loved the product they bought.
SO... yes SE service sux.. even at my place.. BUT! yacking about it doesnt help a bit. SE makes gud stuff... thats why they make money.. lots of em.
lesson learned.. if the first company let you down.. go to the next! but be sure youre over with it... IMO still makes good phone... not that good service after sales, but still cant get work arounds...
and YES! service SUX, and its quite stupid... but please.. stop yacking about it.. we all know that.

SE might have the a lousy tech support, but their servicing is really great. fast turnaround and reliable.
Others like motorola and nokia never have good ones too.
That is why esato is great since you can get so many resources here.
Those lower level tech support knows less than most of the members here.

I never tried mailing online . . . but the authorized service centers they have here at my end are GOOD ! |

here in innsbruck is only one service for sE, but they send all the fones to vienna, cos there isnt any auth se service within 200 kms...
