Hi all... just wanna ask if i can drag n drop media files to my W810i without installing the CD provided. i'm afraid it'll corrupt the memory stick..

cant install the CD as i'm not using XP.

any ideas guys...?

get a memory card reader. there cheap as chips

Hmmm . . . I want to know too.

Does W810 support plug and play USB connectivity, like what W550 and W900 has (without installing separate drivers from the CD)?

No need to install a separate driver. It is plug & play for Mac. I haven't tested it with Windows.
