well whether the k800 is out is 6 weeks i don't know. k800 beats it specs wise by far and i think looks, although thats up to you to decide.

do you really need or want a very high end phone? or would you be happy with the k610 and its many useful features? its a k750 basically with 3g... i think. so since the k750 is a brilliant current high end phone, you should be happy with the k610 too. correct me if i'm wrong about something...

Here's just about all the info and specs to answer that last question:

well mainly the camera, there's a 3.2mp camera with a proper camera flash, also upgraded and new camera features like red eye. Xenon flash - real photographic light. BestPic™ - pick the best, delete the rest. Cyber-shot™ 3.2 megapixel digital camera with autofocus.
the media player is better, now plays aac as well as mp3. also the features in it are better with proper msuic sorting etc, is practically the same as the walkman players, just not branded.
bigger screen, also i prefer the new font
i'm sure there's some more, but if your not bothered about that stuff then the k610 is fine

The K800 has top-of-the-line specifications, but those specs come with a price, weight, size and - due to the huge screen - probably battery life penalty. Then again, you get every bell and whistle there is around these days. The K610 has well-balanced specifications, is compact and should be considerably cheaper. If you're into showing off, by all means, get the K800. If you want a reliable, no-nonsense companion, the K610 would probably serve you better. |
