I have a 9100 and i cannot seem to download picture messages sent to me.
Can anyone help, of know of the problem...

do you get any error message?
I assume you have been through the settings to confirm they are correct? MMS settings are not as obvious on windows mobile as they are on SE phones

Yes i get an error message, ive spoke to vodafone, they were not very helpful, they seemed to think the settings could be sent over the air... which they cannot.
Im not sure what to do...

sorry, when I asked if you get an error message I was hoping you would post it as that may possibly help 
I did write a reply for this in the expansys forums for the JAM (which should not be too different for k-jam - I have compared as my k-jam came with lots of operator settings I could simply choose from). check here
