thanks lads , 8 views and not one reply , you would think 1 of they 8 people would know what kind of video file worked on this fone. |

simple answer , mp4 and 3gp 
proud owner of a   800i , 200i , p910i + route 66 mobile 2006 and a hbh-600 , gave my k800i to my girl ( enjoying my new WII and DS lite  ) |

how come it plays some mp4 files and not others. i have 4 mp4 files on my phone that work fine , but i have added another 8 and they dont work , they come up as a wee symbol with mp4 on it , where as the ones tht work as well as a couple that dont work have film strips as their icon.
Really needing your help here lads. |

it could be that the video dimensions are bigger than the screen can handle , does it only play the music or do you get a red screen and a little music for a second ?
