I tried to send a picture message from my new W810i this morning for the 1st time. After it tried to send it remained in the outbox and said it was queued. It tries again every few minutes and disconnects me if I'm on a call, unless I cancel sending.
I phone cust. services and they say its a big problem affecting all customers, and they want me to call them back with 5 examples of failed messages over a 24 hour period.
Anyone experiencing similar problems? Only just connected with T-Mobile this week!

I phoned customer services again yesterday, didn't ask for any examples, though it was a bit strange to ask in the first place. The girl said it was a problem affecting customers with SE, Siemens and Moto phones on T-Mobile, and engineers are working on it 'round the clock'. No idea when it'll be fixed.

Your not the only one. I am on tmobile UK too, and its affecting me as well i have a w810 too mate. The problem with MMS is with all the latest handsets by s.e like k750i, d750, w800, and w810. The problem has now spread to samsung, motorolla handsets etc. They are working on it to get ir resolved. I wish they hurry tho lol.

Update from tmobile they have removed MMS from peoples accounts while they are looking into the MMS issue. No time scale given yet when issue will be resolved.

Told me to try back in a few days. They claim it will be fixed by then - I've only been with T-Mobile for 4 days, slightly disappointed that this is the situation!

nicv27 you are the only one i know who is lucky not to have the problem. I have been told they are working on the issue, I can recieve mms but cannot send. At 1st i could not even recieve. Apparently tmobile have got in touch with der parent company in germany regarding the issue. Its apparently affecting only s.e handsets, at 1st it was all.

Same here, managed to start sending about 7.30pm (19/04/06), still a bit hit a miss and the speed is slow most of the time but it does seem they are starting to sort it.

Anyone heard if T-Mobile have got a solution to this issue yet? My Picture messages are going some of the time but take about 30 minutes between sending and the recipient recieving them - thats if they go at all!
