hmmm it seems that SE call center guys are makeing no good for the company

Well , All I can sayis that the Call Center situated in Gurgaon is pathetic...!
I guess the older users would remember my Z 600 issues, where salora could'nt possibly satisfy my case and I had gotten through a New K 700 in return..!
During that phase, I spoke to this Female- Don't Want to name her..! But She gave so many false promises, Like I will get back to you tommrow and when she does not call , I find she has taken a week off or so..That time really shook my faith in SE...Treated me worse than NOKIA does....! But then came Hope...
I spoke to the Head of SE India and who got me to the Head of Customer and Sales..Guess what ? after explaining my case and issues...I got a K 700i in return of my 5 time changed Z 600...!

Got K 700i - 4 June 2004 ( The day it was launched in India)
That makes me belive that SE india is very customer centric, although Call Center Staff like most place else are indifferent and Have an Attitude Issue of Doing us great service by speaking...!
See I cannot Name anyone nor that I want to, Unfortunately I don't want anyone to have issues...!
So if you're not satisfied with replacement or repairs..! Just Be Patient and Convince the right people...! There is always the last option of Consumer Courts..!

Why not? The booklet gives a list of numbers all over India.

The booklet numbers get you to service centres .. Not necessarily call centres..

Its not a outsourced call center- its a line that directly connect's to SE Office based in Gurgaon.
