trouble receiving sms SE Z1010 |

I'm a owner of a Sony Ericsson Z1010.
My concern is about receiving SMS. Mostly it works just fine. I don't know why, but it seems like I sometimes just don't get the messages that has been sent to me, or sometimes I get them, but like 3 days after they've been sent.. It has happened several times, and I'm getting quite fed up with it.. 
I wrote here in hope this is a common problem related to the z1010, maybe I should upgrade the firmware or something similar? Or the problem may be the operator, and not the cellphone?

Try a different phone. If it does the same then its your network, if not its your phone. Try upgrading the firmware, it cant hurt.

What firmware is on it? I'd quite happily blame the network for clogged up message service centres.
