Is there anyway you can block a mobile number, to stop that person contacting you and sending messages to you?
Thanks |

I'm pretty sure there was an option to do it on the Samsung D500, can't say I ever used it so can't comment beyond that. |

even if there was an option on the phone, people could always call from witheld numbers - if you really want a number blocked maybe ask your network and they may be able to do something for you though not entirely sure... |

you can create a list of numbers you want to accept calls from, if that's what you want to do. not exactly the same as blocking a number, but it'll do. you'll never hear your phone ring, nor will the phone show you that the person is currently calling/give you an option to answer it or not. it'll just show a missed call icon on the top left part of the screen.
regarding text messages, don't know what you can do with that one.

This is possible on a series 60 phone...

On sony Ericsson phones you make a list of numbers you want to accept from, then, numbers outside the list would not in through. They will just get the number busy signal. You'll see their missed calls then know who you'll call back
