I like to know what have inside all toys which i own.

I study electronic and telecommunication and i'm interested in such things. Simply i like to know.
Thanks for the link, but i have already read white papers and i want more info.

Maybe you, or someone else know person which made this picture, or have it in better resolution. Unfortunately i can't read all signs on chip.
