My S700i seems to have developed a problem. It seems to think it is in handsfree mode even though the headphones are not connected to the phone. Therefore when i answer the phone i cannot hear or say anything without the headphones plugged in. I can turn on the radio function without the headphones as well. I would really appreciate help from anyone please
Thanx

I can't be much help but it has happend to my T616 after dropping it in some water hardly any water reached inside, but it has made the same effect. If something similar happend to your phone earlier, your phone might need some cleaning inside, if it's not the case I can't help you. Good luck!

Quite probably a connector problem. Try cleaning the contacts with something like a toothbrush (Don't use water!) to get any dirt off them, see if that makes any difference.

If that part of the phones has been exposed to water, it could be why it's having this problem, which could be either very hard to repair, or nigh on impossible!
