Just wondering, My is made in Malaysia, and I think the quality is crap. The battery don't pop out when I eject it, I have to use a Credit Card. I try 4 others and its the same problem. |

Mine is made in Sweden, and the build quality is far better than Malaysia. The battery ejects very easily and the side slider doesn't rattle a lot... |

Mine is made in Maylasia (i think that's how you spell it!) and i find mine fine.
the battery pops out no problem, and the volume slider doesn't rattle much, infact, very little.
I bought mine in ireland!

Malaysia (correct spelling)
Mine is made there, no problems with backlight, slider, nor battery. The manufacturer is actually Flextronics, where SonyEricsson subcontract phone manufacturing. |

My says "made in sweden", but the battery does'nt pop out, and the side slider rattle a little. I think could have avoiding this on such an expensive phone. |

MINE'S MADE IN SWEDEN! TOP QUALITY, NOTHING SQEEKES OR RATTLES AND I BOUGHT MY T68 LUNAR GREY BACK IN NOVER WITH R1B!
I WOULDNT BUY T68 MADE IN MALAYSIA AS ITS CHEAPER TO PRODUCE IN MALAYSIA, PARTLY DUE TO INFERIOR LABOUR QUALITY.... FAR EAST MANUFACTURED GOODS TEND TO GO WRONG, USUALLY. BUT MY T39 MADE IN MALAYSIA WAS FANTASIC WITH NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. BUT MALAYASIAN ERICSSONS ARE MANUFACTURED BY FLEXTRONICS AND THEY ARE EXCELLENT UNLIKE SOME FAR EAST MANUFACTURERES.
IF IT'S MADE IN SWEDEN, AT LEAST I KNOW IT IS A EU PRODUCT AND RELATIVELY DECENT WAGE RATES WERE GIVEN TO THE TECHNICIANS MAKING MY PHONE.
THATS MY VIEW |

To those all of the proud owner of "Made in Sweden" phone: Mine is made in Malaysia and yet, it works very well.
BTW, my Mercedez S 500 is made in German and they gave all sorts of problem. So is my Volvo S80. Does this means that EU maufacturer has low quality control?
Cmon guys, stop saying thigns like EU has better quality and things like that. It may create flames on the net. |
