Currently I am a proud owner of a Sony K750i and I wanted to know what are the differences between it and the NEW Sony Ericsson W810i.

It's just down to the extra functionality mate.
Since the K750i is an awful lot cheaper you are better off sticking with that.
If you wanted the extra functionality of the extra model then you would already know the specs of that one and would go and get it so my guess is your are wavering.
I say go for the K750i.
