The phone really looks ugly and what makes it even worse is that the keypad lights are amber and the lcd display lights are blue.What happened to the t68m and t28 designers? I think they should be the ones designing the phones for sony ericsson

I agree, the keypad lighting is a mistake. it should be cool blue like the T68i. |

I disagree. I'm convinced this will really be a hit. People want a small and cheap phone with no external antenna and no extravagant design. |

I love it!
Sleek, minimalistic and honest approach. A perfect blend of Scandinavian and Japanese design.
SE is taking their own way in creating something uniquely new in the mobile handset buiness. Very good, instead of just following e.g. Nokia.
This is how, not just by technology, SE gets attention and stands out of the rest of the coward croud.
SE is showing that they have a very competent and very confident design team with a determined strategy. Authentic is the word.
SE is definitely shaping the future in the mobile handset buiness.
GO SE, GO!

I like the design...I don't LOVE it.. but I think it works. I do NOT like the mismatched lights though.
It seems to me that SE has an overstock of green and amber LEDs and they're just trying to finish them!!! HAHAHAHA... the T300 and T200 have green keypad lights, the T200 has a blue screen...the T600 has a white LCD, but blue keypad lights, the T100 has a blue screen and amber lights... hmmm maybe they're going for a Christmas theme??? If you buy all their phones you can string them up on your Christmas tree and light it up!!! hehehehehe |

Maybe the different keylight colours is a conscious strategy by SE;
600 series - Blue
300 & 200 series - Green
100 series - Amber
In other words, only the expensive high end phones have blue key lighting. And actually, same goes for nokia, their expensive phones have blue while their cheaper have green. |

Can't it be because the buttons on the phone are amber...? I mean, I've seen T100s with blue buttons, maybe they have blue lights...??

Maybe.. We'll have to wait and see. Does anyone have a picture of a blue T100 with its keylightning turned on? |
