DOWNLOAD HERE
It'll unlock the simlock, and unlock the CID lock so you can install any rom you want.
People apparantley recommend the QTEK rom (RUU_Prodigy_2170702_21707102_20710_QTEK_WWE_Ship.exe) over the iMate rom because it's more stable.
