depends on which status you want...

Phonebook -> Advanced -> Memory status

Messages -> MMS -> Memory status

- Phonebook memory ststus under menu : Phonebook > Advanced

- Phone memory status under menu : Fun & Games > My Pictures > Options
or Fun & Games > My Sounds > Options
or Message > MMS.

only 3 type of memory on.

one - the SIM card memory depand on ya SIM card (16K, 32K or 64k)

two - the phonebook memory (where for t68 can store up to 500 phone book)

three - the phone memory (for thrmes, background, i-melody, templete, calander, recorder and the rest media storage)

Yes, the phone slows down a lot when you got less than 50kb left
