i see them advertised but not sure what they are. i tried to set a video on my k750 as a ringtone but didnot work. can anyone give info on them? |

I'm not so smart when it comes to mobile phones,but I can tell U that video tones are a video thet u can put as a ringtone.....your k750i does not have that function....I think that Nokia has implemented that function....

when u recieve a call,ur phone playes the music video that u have set as ur videotone.

I agree with you dr_thug. Why would you need to set it anyway? It's not like you're going to notice that your phone's ringing because something on the screen is moving, you notice because of the sound. I guess it would be good for the people who keep staring at their phones all day long...

Exactly i dont thinkn the person on the other end wants to be haning on while you watch some video. Waste i think!

i had a program called video tone, it play a video and vibrate too, it's a nice function to have but not very necesary |

@thug you can have a specific videotone for each caller. you can record a vid of your caller saying "pick up the phone idiot" or something like that. Imagine the look on the face of someone who peeps at it when its ringing  |

@niru,its pure waste imo.and also a waste of precious memory.
and who likes to get in an embarassing position when ur ringtone says something insulting about u?
i once did such a thing and had some bad time with my friend.i changed his ringtone to an enuch saying"hay hay...e chikne tera phone utha re"(hey sweetie,pick up ur phone) on my call.i called him next day when he was flirting with a girl.it was a prank but he took it seriously. |
