I have a problem with my Sony Ericsson P910i, when I got the phone it was in perfect condition however I changed the housing on it with professional handle - now when I turn on the phone it comes on for approx. 30 seconds then it the screen goes blank, I think it's a battery problem because my battery was fully dead and I let it charge and when I turn on the phone again it does the same come on for 30 second (with no light, just black screen) and as when you scroll or tap screen or anything the phone ''shuts off'' or the screen goes blank but my bluetooth & power light still blinks! And when I put it back on the charger it shows the battery is charging like it's dead...any ideas/solutions PLEASE! |

Welcome to Esato
So are you saying that this problem has only occurred since the housing has been changed? If that is the case then it sounds like something has been incorrectly fitted or connected during the housing change!
Who was it changed by?

Yes it was a 100% working before, like the phone comes on and everything and the screen is working I know that for a fact cause it comes on and stuff, but it goes BLANK after like 30 second, I'm thinking a battery problem...because I had previous battery problems already ...but not sure |

If thats what you think then maybe it can be the battery, They can be found on Ebay for around a fiver. Try another battery to confirm the problem and if it still doesn't work get it checked out in a mobile shop.

Yes, they want $80.00 to fix it! I'm going to purchase a new battery and see what happens - if not I guess I have to pay the $80.00 |

YUP! They wanted $30 alone to change my housing, until I googled it and found instructions on changing it! |
