hey i notice the newer model w800i joysticks are diferent from the older ones..

the new ones have hard joystick tips instead of the older ones with rubber tip..
is this correct ??

my w800 was built in december/2005 and its got a rubber tip

I'm not really sure but if they did change the materials used, it may have been because I heard that many people kept on having that rubber tip thing falling off. Maybe that's why they changed the design

Mine was bougth 4th of January 2006 and it doesn't have a rubber tip...

I bought one at the end of February and still has the rubber tip.

Very strange. Some of the first ones I sold had a solid tip, and the ones in stock now are too, but one guy I know got one from Orange and his is rubber.

Mmmm... Mine has the rubber tip and was manufactured in week 51. My old T68i didn't have a rubber tip but I do prefer the rubber tip on it. Just gives you a better grip.
