What speed are you expecting....& what speeds are you getting...the 4...5KBps download speed is normal for Airtel gprs..an edge enabled handset may give slightly higher speeds....but dont expect broadband performance
 t610 > k700i > p800 > p900 > p910 > k750i > I-mate Jam > Blokia 6681 > HTC Prophet > HTC Wizard & Nokia N73 > E71 > BB 9000 > HTC Desire > Samsung Galaxy S > Samsung Galaxy S II & the Motorola Xoom <br /> Still Shiny but not so n |

An interesting thing to note i have used mobile office and spartans free airtel gprs trick to access net from pc.The max speed i got using MO is 45kbps tat too rarely . Using the spartan's method i am getting constant speed of 70 kbps. Why is this happening .Why is the free trick better than payed one
Check ur gprs speed from following link and post http://www.zdnetindia.com/reviews/isp/rateisp/popspeed.html

@ shivam first i had created a dial up account with dial no *99***1# and username & password blank.then i connect to the net using this connection .Now only site i can access is yahoo tat too its home page only. Now try to open any site in ur mobile browser using airtel live settings it says no server access .Now keep down the phone and try any site in the pc.all pages will be loaded. For this to work ur phone should support multiple channel gprs access. My friend has nok 6020 he is not able to use this trick when he tries to access site from mobile when connected to net using pc it says 'QUIT DATA CONNECTION FIRST". i have not added any extra intialization commands for this to work. I think this will help u .If it works plz reply |
