W800i text inbox problem |

Hi,
Has anyone heard of the following issue with the W800i or any other phone before? The issue is that the text inbox is full after 2 or 3 texts. The phone is brand new, running the latest firmware and has been reset back to factory settings a few times. It shows this problem no matter what operator sim card is inserted. I have searched everywhere to see if anyone has had this issue before, but have been so far unlucky.
I would very much appreciate any advice that anyone can give to resolving the problem. My only solution at the moment is to put it in for repair which I'm not so keen to do at the moment.

Thanks for the reply. I doubt its the sim card thats causing the problem though as all the sim cards that have been tested in the handset are ones that are used everyday without any issue. I appreciate your response though, thanks. |
