rm to mp3 is possible.
There is software possibly still available called streambox ripper.
works well.

the guy who mention steambox ripper is correct, does no one listen? Steambox ripper works well and is free. You can also use dbpoweramp and the directshow filter, which is also free.
And really free, ie: no adware
