When you get to service menu (you know the trick) you see Text labels item. You can list all commands in phone, but is there anything alse you can change here. For example to translate commands??? | |

I dont think so.
Personally I wouldnt try out anything in the text-labels. And I dont think you are meant to 
The text labels show a lot of things,..also the stuff we'll have in the next software-upgrade (e.g. mms). And we cant enable it in any way.
