Yes, you got it!
What di you think about it, myself do I think it looks like a old microphone. no, I really don't like the design. Why place the buttons on that strange KIND OF RING. Ok, the phone got 4 meg + memorycard. It's quite godd but it wouldn't be so good 2003 when the release is!
I don't like it but feel free and say what you think about it!

I just have one question... how LOW are the requirements to be a designer in SE and Nokia nowadays???? Good grief!!!! The 2 most prominent players in the handset industry are churning up the UGLIEST handsets ever!!!
What happened to the guys who made the T28???? And what about the guys who made the 8110??? Were they all fired? For what reason? Designs looked too good???? What the hell is wrong with the current batch of designers????
I personally think SE should hire Philippe Starck to design them a line of mobiles... just to remind them of what ELEGANCE and CLASS should look like. |

I agree. I miss the classic Ericsson look. :-( T300 looks like the 33xx NOKIA series geared for the masses. So uncool.

Every manufacturer copies from eacother. Look at SE copying
internal antenna and changeable covers.
Wonder where that idea came from? |

Hell no! Every body is stuck at Bang Olufsen! Ever seen the phone they once made? The good old GH 337! With a different cover!
Pretty cool though!
Cheers!;)

I agree, it's hideous, and that's single reason why I wouldn't buy it, pity cos all it's features are just right.
Somebody needs to have a talk with these guys, there are some strange ideas going on in styling at the moment, same thing happened at Ford, and we get all those awful lookin cars, Puma,Focus,Fusion, Granada, Fiesta, what's going on Nokia! Ericsson! sort it! |

Before there where only two brands (big&well-known) in the the world who have shown that they master new, creative and inovative design.
That is bang & Olufsen and Apple.
Now we can definitely add Sony Ericsson to this group!
The T300 is a wonder in terms of design and will be hard to beat for SE competitors. Nokia seems to be stuck in their 90's design, Motorola is at least trying, Siemens I'm not sure about and Samsung has no design at all (all-silver-plastic-clam-shell-all-look-the-same-nonsens). |

Actually, Ericsson was first with exchangeable covers with GA628.
The world's first mobile with internal antenna was a phone (I don't remenber the model name) by Telital, today known as Telit.
Peace. |

I agree whith informer! Old cool ericsson design are coll but its not so many youngsters who think so! SE must make models whith new creative design becouse they have got so many complains about thei old look! I think defenetly that you can count SonyEricsson to the best designers today!

Hey i loved the t39! Pity ericsson stopped their line of flip phones cause the t39 was definately the design of the 90s! And nokia does have some wonderful designs of their own too... 8210 certainly rocked... 8250's definately THE phone for typin sms and 8855's THE replacement to 8850 1 thing ericsson missed out on is a really cool box to accompany their better phones like nokia
