You can't upgrade your phone by yourself. You have to get it to a SE service point.
Use the search function! |

Hey man, i am not a newbie...i know the the only "official" method to upgrade the phone is by emma2, but don't you know that there is another way? We can upgrade the phone by the logger. Maybe you don't believe that it works, but i can tell you that i have a friend upgraded more than 200 T68m by this way. By the logger, you can definitely upgrade the T68m "yourself".

How about some more deatils on doing this. A step by step outlay on what files, hardware and in what steps to do each. Where can you get these files and what else is needed to do this. Stop saying you can do it and start saying how and where.
Wanna be usefull? Post a FAQ on how to flash t68's at home etc etc.
Boasting on how you can do it doesn't help anyone, if you really want to help everyone here do as I said above. Ty.

for your help:
1-http://www.gsmhacking.com/remote/
See the comments in red in the T68 section
2-http://www.gsmhacking.com.ua/
Go to software - Ericsson
This info implies one can read a binary file from a T68i and write to a T68? |

You do not have to doubt that. That's real. I've already did the upgrade. The details are in the other post here. You will find it easily, as it's still on the top. |

This thread above has some great info.
More importantly, though, you can get remote flashing for your SE T68i done here:
http://gsm.virtualdynamix.com/
You need the T28 *service* cable (not the data cable) and a remote login (which requires a fee).

JWY,
Where I can download the R7A flash file ?
I have upgraded many T68 to T68ie with flash file R5D007 without problem now. I use Language method instead of AVR/ARM method.
