Any way to PREVIEW themes? |

Is the only way to check out a theme to load it on your phone and look at it that way? It would be so much faster if we had a small application that could open up the actual theme files and let us preview the theme or something  . That would be quicker than browsing huge online theme galleries and having to load preview images all the time as well.
Any such thing out there? |
