I have used a T68m/T68i, a T610, and a K750i. The joystick built on this phone is not that good. Now I'm using a K600i and IMHO, currently, it is the best built joystick phone SE have ever produced. It is very sturdy and if you look at it, dust won't go in easily. That gives a me a good feeling that the next joystick phones that SE will be introducing like K790 and K800, will be more durable and well built. [addsig]

I wish i could agree with you JN. But the material used in the K600 is different from the K750i So the "feel" should be different in one way of the other. [addsig]

Have to agree with steele on this one. The joystick on the K600 does feel much sturdier than the K750. The K750 one just feels too.. sensitive, if that's the right word. I don't here as many complaints about the K600 joystick compared to the K750 either. On the other hand, more people have got the K750 than the K600. But if I took it by the no. of complaints, I'd have to go with the K600/K608 for the best joystick designs.

@shaliron
Sensitive is a perfect description for that k750i joystick. I would think twice playing games with it. The K600 joystick is solid for gaming..

@mohit
I guess that's true with other joystick SE phones like T68m/i and T610 s well to some extent.

I hope the K790/K800 will be as sturdy/solid as the K600, or even better. [addsig]

I use a T630 and compared to my friend's K300 the T630 is somewhat harder. The K300's is much smoother or sensitive as they say. But I preffer K300's joystick.

I sometimes wish that SE had launched the Z 600 D pad system in all its phones..It was infact the best Keypad system, all evenly spaced and comfortable to use..and the D-Pad rocked...!
Currently The K 700i joystick works Ok..Got it replaced once..and now clean it using the WD-40 method every quarter of the year...Works Fine as for Now...The K 750i Joystick is great IMHO...!

Have to concur with steele: The K600's joystick is the best amongst all from SE...it's protected against dust and it's construction is also guite solid.

Worst joystick has to be the K700 which started acting up after six months of me owning it...it should be added that I played a lot of games and this might have contributed to it's early demise.

My T610 joystick still works as good as ever to this day, so because I've never used the K600 my vote goes to the T610.

Sadly my K700 joystick is very bad now and requires constant cleaning to get it to react.

When will SE learn to go with S700/Z800 style d-pad's!

I tried T68m, T68i, T300, K700 and Z1010. The absolutely best joystick is in Z1010.
