it is 2mp.
It's because it supports tv broadcasts.
Obviously at this point they are unable to cram so much into such a phone.

Japan don't sell sim free. All 3G vodas are branded, and they are heavily locked as well.

yeah that was locked as well.
But the 902 was released in HongKong as well. (Where they dont lock phones) So people from Japan would get HongKong versions.
