Look at this Ebay auction. Look at the picture of the W800i, around the right top button - there's an Esato logo!
Methinks someone's used an image from here in their listing!

I do the same thing, what if you dont have a digital camera to sell your stuff and need a better high def pic? No harm in that plus his got good feedback so cant see that as a problem.

EDIT:
Oh, of course if he's just copying it from somewhere else and hosting it on his own server that's not quite such a problem. He still runs into copyright issues however, because he's using someone else work without their express permission.

Doesnt stop people saving the image to their computer then uploading it again somewhere else though.
