I hope you find this helpful. White Screen Issue The W600i may experience a white screen issue during power up after executing a music download through the USB port on a computer. This is due to the improper shutdown of the USB connection with the W600i. To correct this issue after it has occurred, turn the device off and then back on using the power button (do not remove the battery). Allow the device to remain powered on for approximately 25 minutes to allow the device the opportunity to execute the USB file recovery and return to normal operation. To prevent this issue from occurring, follow the proper shutdown processes for USB devices, as outlined in the W600i user documentation.
