You can download a copy from www.se-nse.net . Just had a look and can't find the exact link, but think it's a sticky and called something like 'a free gift' something or other, or do a search for SEMCtool. I use it with a DSS-25 Syncstation, so not sure if it will work with your T28 but think it will.
