I haven't but am guessing it's similar to other various phones I've taken apart. All you'd need (unless you've already got them ) is a T6 torx screwdriver and one of those plastic phone opening tools that look a bit like a small spatula.
Post a couple of pics of the phone - I can't remember, is this the candybar Siemens or the slider one?

i have tried using guides from the internet and with a t4 screwdriver
however, it is a very difficult phone to disassmble so i would advise you to use ouside/expert help

@ Luke, I took the camera bit off earlier with a tool, it clips off no bother,
under there, there are 2 screws looks just like my old R.I.P T68i
when I get my official housing I will take it to bits,
where on the net can I find some online guides????
please post me some TA!
BTW the housing int that messed up tbh the front fascia is in good nick but the back is loose and the camera lens cover is missing

rite ive opened it up just to see what it's like inside
it's looks pretty easy to exchange all the bit's into a new housing tbh however I rec i'll keep the middle bit just to keep the Serial and IMEI Number sticker so I wont be removing the Vibrate ting nor the Microphone !
Siemens phones seem pretty easy to dismantle,
I took my S55 appart once and changed thta housing aswell ;'-)
only thing I hate about siemens is that they use low budget Torx screws and there hard to take out w/o botching up, thats why lucky for me ive got brand new spare enns heh..
@ all if you dismentle a Siemens phone make sure you have brand new screws to put it back together with
