I have Nokia 6600 and billionton dongle with Bluesoliel 2.6 and airtel conection I have sms MO to 501 and Live to 501 they have send me setting I am using the Mobile Office as Connection Name with airtelgprs.com as Access Point.The problem is that connection is very slow why is it due to dongle or some other setting ? which I have to made.Which dongle did you recommend.Please Help me.

The dongle has nothing to do with the speed of Airtel GPRS.. maybe you should try using an EDGE enabled phone

You can try increasing the bluetooth modem speed, under modem options.

kamlesh if the internet is slow, then thats just the way it is. Your best option is to upgrade to a 3G enabled phone for better speeds.

I have billionton Dongle with Bluesoliel 2.6 and my friend has Microsim Dongle with its software by using that one on my pc it works.And the speed is tremendous.Which Dongle did you suggest? Please Help Me.

I was also getting lower speed in Nokia 6600. After upgrading my mobile to Nokia 6630, I am getting around 50-70kbps.

Billionton dongle is also not detected at Bluetooth Device in control panel.i have brought the microsim one.Let me try that i will surely notify u.Thank onces again. Please guide to this problem(not detected at Bluetooth Device in control panel).

Hi kamlesh, i thought you might have sorted your issue by now... Anyway, the only recommendation i can make now is to get a microsim dongle since we have tested it on your pc.. My experience with bluesoleil has been far from satisfactory in the past!
To the others:kamlesh is my friend and i am the friend with "tremendous" speeds on my microsim dongle...
