Hi,
Whenever i unplug my USB cable from the port, my computer will turn into blue screen and said that it device driver errors and then i have to start button to reboot my com.

any idea how can i solve this problem? cos it is very very annoying

Try right-clicking the drive in My Computer, then go to Properties. Click Hardware, then Properties and then go to Policies. Try selecting 'Optimize for safe removal' if it isn't already selected.

When you remove it, do you stop the device first? That might also help.

Yeah, when you normally plug a USB device in there is normally a green arrow type symbol in the bottom right hand corner. You left click it and then you stop the device.

Yes, i always select Remove USB device before unplug the cable.. i dont have problem with other usb devices except w800i. The blue screen say my device driver is not correct and ask me to disable or uninstall it.

how can i uninstall the driver?
