This morning when i turned the phone on, the screen lit up white as usual but stayed white and did not load, so i did what you would do and take the battery out and restart it. Phone worked fine and thought nothing else of it. This evening however, i tried accessing facewarp... and all i got was "operation failed" after the Java screen showed up. I then tried the master reset, as you do.. and to my amazement.. no.. still wont work  in fact, i lost my convertor and everything else now (tones, videos etc.) but still with the same problem! Anyone have any ideas before i chuck it as the CPW people tomorrow? | |

Sounds like a similar problem to what i had. I couldn't open my games folder. However, the master reset worked for me.......for about a day!
My phone has completely broken down now. When i turn it on i get the white screen of death and nothing else. Taking the battery out, sim out, tried using charger to power it and nothing.
My only advice to you would be to get a new one. It's the option i've been forced to take. I hope it's just a few dodgy phones out there and not the whole lot. I do really like the phone, but if they are all this dodgy then i'm gonna have to start looking at other models
Sorry it's not very helpfull, but from my experience your phone will just deteriorate untill it eventually dies. |

Never managed to sort out the problem so i took it back and had an instant replacement - the last they had of 2 in Wales!!! The guy said they are in VERY high demand and just cant supply the needs. Hope this one dont have the same problem or i might just have to deal with it until they re-stock lol! uh oh | |
