I have an unlocked/unbranded W800i that I'm using with Cingular service. I've already gone to the SE website and downloaded the settings for both WAP and MMS but my MMS still isn't working. I had the guys at Cingular send me a couple of video clips from my old phone to the W800i but every time I try to open it to recieve them, it says "Download Failed. Communication Error. Please try again later." Any advice? I can't send or recieve. It gives me the same error message. |

Have you activated MMS service thru Cingular
