for those who have read all8's tutorial in optimizing your images for the t68i, i've made an .atn file (action file for photoshop) that does the hue/saturation, brightness/contrast and sharpness settings as per all8's specifications automatically. You can download it from here:

http://www.farlowstudios.com/wap/MethodT68i.atn

I'm planning to place all8's tutorial on my site, with some tweaks from myself, if all8 wouldn't mind.

For the benefits of the T68 users and esato, why not.

Ok, people, I've created the tutorial for all those wanting to know how to make t68 bakgrounds. Please do pardon me if there are areas you may have problems understanding. It's my first attempt (ever) to make a tutorial.

To all8, you have done a great tutorial, my friend, I just wanted to thank you for it.

when i started that post, it wasn't meant to be a tutorial...just slipped in some instructions in esato quietly hoping nobody will notice. That if one day my computer crashed, i can retrieve it somewhere in the internet . I was shocked one day when the post was listed as "sticky" --of couse without knowing what it meant at that time. I thought Laffen was about to ban me from ESATO
Dagger has done an excellent work to compile the tutorial for t68. i couldn't have done better myself.

Man, that's a fantastic help with T68 background making, and a beautiful page to! Many thanks to both of you, All8 and Dagger, for publishing this guide!

/Henrik Andersson

Ps. I took your "Ana Capri" sketch and made a background of it. My friend loves it! Ds.

@nookiehunter,

Load Photoshop, load the action file into your Action Box. It'll only adjust the Brightness, Hue and Saturation, and Sharpness of your selected image as per the specifications of all8. You'll have to resize it yourself and save it as a gif to upload it to your t68i. [addsig]
